At Lash Next Door, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your shipment's progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
